family home for all ages and interests with the ocean just steps from the door.

The large private yard is fully landscaped with indigenous plants, flowers,
trees and depending on the season, mangos, papaya and bananas for you to enjoy
during your stay. It's a great place to wake up and have your morning
coffee/tea, catch some sun or maybe an afternoon game of croquet and a BBq? No
matter what you choose there is always a colorful array of native birds island
critters to entertain you.
The large enclosed lanai runs the length of the home and is screened for year-round relaxing and fun. It is the perfect place to read a book, play some games and spend quality time with family and friends. There is a mini bar/serving area with a mini fridge, rep area and sink......and don't forget the tunes! There are also laundry facilities and a fully enclosed shower/powder room along with a beach shower on the patio.
While the private tropical grounds will invite you to explore, adventure and the ocean are just steps from the door.

The private beach access is
through the back yard. The private access corridor is less than 70 steps to a gate that opens to a secluded beach.

This is a great little stretch of beach and shoreline.
Depending the time of day, time of year or time of tide there is always
something to do! If you are into snorkeling, scuba diving, kayaking, shell
hunting, critter hunting, sunbathing, fishing, boogie boarding, surfing, turtle
spotting and in the winter months, whale watching, this is the spot!
(The sand beach will change from
season to season and tide to tide so there may be more or less sand present
depending)

There are also two beach parks on either side of the homes beach front which is great for family gatherings and events.
